How we handle your data.

When you use Aurelon, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Usage data: Credit balance, credit usage logs (action type, model used, timestamp), and package-related account information.
• Negotiation and analysis inputs: The topics, participant configurations, questions, and selected feature settings you submit for simulations and probability assessments.
• Technical data: Browser type, device information, and IP address for security and service improvement purposes.

• To provide the service: Process your simulations, manage credits, and deliver results.
• To improve quality: Store and review analysis outputs for calibration, forecasting quality checks, and product improvement.
• Account management: Authentication, billing, and customer support.

Your account data (email, credit balance, usage history) is stored in Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL service. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Simulation history and preferences are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We also store analysis inputs, settings, and outputs in Supabase so we can review forecasting quality, calibrate the system against real-world outcomes, and improve prompts, logic, and feature defaults over time.

Aurelon uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic (Claude API): Your negotiation inputs, participant descriptions, and analysis questions are sent to Anthropic's API for AI processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We use their commercial API, which does not use your inputs for model training.
• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Credit usage logs are retained for 12 months.

If you would like your account deleted, please contact us and we will process the deletion request within 30 days. Some aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export: Export your simulation history from the app (stored locally in your browser).
• Correction: Update your display name and account information at any time.
