Aurelon is an AI-powered simulation and analysis platform. It provides negotiation simulations, multi-run statistical analyses, and probability assessments using large language models. The service is available via web application at edgesight.com.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate email information for account creation.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Accounts receive starter credits upon signup.
• Credits are consumed based on the operation type, model used, run configuration, and selected advanced features (see Pricing page for details).
• Purchased credits are non-refundable.
• Credit expiration policies may be introduced in the future with advance notice.

You agree not to use Aurelon to:

• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• Impersonate real individuals for the purpose of fraud, defamation, or deception.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the service.
• Resell access or credits without authorization.
• Use the service for automated bulk requests without permission.

Legitimate use of real-person names for scenario analysis and research is permitted, as this is a core feature of the platform.

Aurelon uses AI language models to simulate scenarios and estimate probabilities. These outputs are based on the models' training data and reasoning capabilities, which have inherent limitations:

• Results may contain inaccuracies, biases, or hallucinations.
• Probability estimates are not calibrated predictions — they represent one AI system's assessment, not ground truth.
• Negotiation simulations are fictional representations, not accurate portrayals of how real individuals would behave.
• You should not make financial, legal, or political decisions based solely on Aurelon outputs.

Use Aurelon as one input among many in your decision-making process, not as the sole basis for action.

Aurelon stores account information, credit activity, and analysis inputs and outputs in order to operate the service and improve forecasting and simulation quality over time.

Stored analyses may be reviewed internally for calibration against real-world outcomes, prompt improvements, logic tuning, and product updates. API keys entered directly by users remain stored locally in the browser unless otherwise stated.

Aurelon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any simulation results or probability assessments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses based on simulation outputs.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
